The Story
Big sky, long grass, and a couple who have known each other since they were sixteen. Emma and Cole rode horseback to their ceremony site — a hilltop overlooking the ranch where Cole was raised. The day was cold; the reception, warm. Dancing spilled from the barn onto the pasture, and by the end of the night everyone was in boots.
“Some places belong to the people they hold. The ranch was Cole's before he could name it, and by the end of the night, it belonged to Emma too.”
